How can I RSVP?
- You can RSVP by searching for each member of your party separately (including children) on the RSVP page of this site. Please RSVP by March 30th, 2023.
- If you have any trouble with the RSVP page please call or text either Gaby or Elijah! We're happy to help!
Are kids invited?
- Children are welcome at the ceremony. However, due to the timing and nature of the reception, the latter event will be limited to adult guests.
Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?
- We decided not to book room blocks. There are simply too many great places to stay in and around Asheville.

- For ≤4 people, we'd recommend a hotel in South Asheville or Downtown. For larger groups, finding an Airbnb or Vrbo rental in West or North Asheville would work well!
Can I take photos of your ceremony?
- During the ceremony, we'd really love to see your faces not your devices. Please store your phones and cameras until after the ceremony. Please know we have chosen a wonderful photographer and plan to share our wedding photos as soon as we have them!
- Please feel free to use phones and cameras to capture the day after the ceremony!
What will your wedding day timeline look like?
- Ceremony at the North Carolina Arboretum: 4:30PM
- Reception at the Social Lounge: 6:00-10:00PM
Where will the ceremony be?
- The ceremony will be outdoors at the North Carolina Arboretum in the Heritage Garden. Please park near the Baker Exhibit Center. Please see the image below where the ceremony location and parking are highlighted.
How do I get to the ceremony?
- Best Address for GPS: 20 Frederick Law Olmsted Way , Asheville, NC 28806
- Please note: Many GPS units do not correctly identify the Arboretum’s location within the Bent Creek Experimental Forest, therefore we DO NOT recommend the use of a GPS device for navigation to the Arboretum. If your navigation system directs you to the Arboretum service entrance off Wesley Branch Road, please turn back and follow the road to the traffic light. Turn right (south) onto Brevard Road/Hwy. 191 and continue in the right lane, which will become a turn only lane. Turn right at light and the entrance to The North Carolina Arboretum is ahead on the right.

Where should I park?
- Ceremony: For free entrance and parking, please inform the attendant at the gatehouse that you are here for Elijah and Gaby's wedding. Then, proceed down Frederick Law Olmsted Way to park by the Baker Visitor Center. Our ceremony will be at the Heritage Garden.
- Dinner: (see map below) Two city-owned parking garages are located 2 blocks from Strada: Civic Center Garage and Rankin Ave Garage, both can be accessed from Rankin Ave.

What time should I arrive?
- Ceremony: Please plan to arrive by 4:30PM.
- Dinner: After the ceremony, feel free to head directly over to The Social Lounge. We'll meet you there!
Are pets allowed at your wedding?
- Due to the nature of the event, pets will not be allowed at our wedding.
What type of food and drinks will be served?
- Strada's rooftop patio is an excellent location to enjoy views of city life while savoring Italian cuisine, craft cocktails, local beer and our carefully curated wine selections. Our wedding will have an open bar we hope you will enjoy!
